We would like to inform you that “KBC Asset Management NV”, Belgium, operating in the Republic of Bulgaria through “KBC Asset Management NV – Branch”, Bulgaria, has received permission from the Financial Supervision Commission, with decision № 164-DF of 08.03. 2022, for the organization and management of six new sub-funds of the Umbrella Fund „UBB ExpertEase“, as follows:

“United Bulgarian Bank” AD, as an exclusive distributor, has started a procedure for initial subscription of units in the above-mentioned sub-funds, which will start at 9:30 am on 04.04.2022 and will end at 17.00 on 06.06.2022 ("Initial Subscription Period"). During the Initial Subscription Period, all investors may submit a non-binding Application for interest to subscribe for units in the selected sub-funds in the branch network of the distributor “United Bulgarian Bank” AD, within the working hours of the branches.

The units in the sub-funds will be offered for subscription at an Initial Subscription Price equal to their nominal value of BGN 10 (ten) per unit.

The investor is obliged to ensure on his bank account with the distributor "United Bulgarian Bank" AD the necessary funds for the desired investment, until 17.00 on 07.06.2022.

Investors who have submitted non-binding Application of interest to subscribe for units in the selected sub-funds will have the right to withdraw them until the expiry of the Initial Subscription Period, namely until 17.00 on 06.06.2022, signing an Application for refusal in a branch of their choice.

At 17.00 on 06.06.2022, non-withdrawn non-binding Applications for interest for subscription of units in the selected sub-funds will be considered as orders for subscription of units. In case the necessary funds under the orders for subscription of units are available by 17:00 on 07.06.2022, they will be executed on 08.06.2022. The initial subscription will be considered successful, in respect of the relevant sub-fund, if non-binding Applications for interest have been submitted for subscription of units of this sub-fund in the amount of at least BGN 200,000 (two hundred thousand).

In the event that the initial subscription is unsuccessful, according to the criteria set out in the previous paragraph, “KBC Asset Management NV”, Belgium may decide not to proceed with the launch of the relevant sub-fund and to refuse to execute non-binding Applications made by investors for interest, at no cost to these investors. This decision will be publicly announced on the Branch's website (www.ubbam.bg) and on the Distributor's website (www.ubb.bg).

“KBC Asset Management NV”, Belgium has the right to extend the Initial Subscription Period by no more than 20 (twenty) working days before the date of completion of the initial subscription. In this case, a notice will be issued to extend the Initial Subscription Period on the Branch's website and on the Distributor's website referred to above. No net asset value, issue value and redemption price of units in the sub-funds will be published during the Initial Subscription Period, as the sub-funds are not yet active.

In case the Initial subscription is successful, on 13.06.2022, the public offering will start, including the submission of orders for subscription and redemption of units in the sub-funds, such as the first net asset value, issue value and redemption price of the units in the sub-funds will be published on 14.06.2022 on the Branch's website and on the Distributor's website referred to above.

Investors can find the Prospectus of UBB ExpertEase, as well as the Documents with key investors information of the sub-funds, in Bulgarian free of charge in all branches of the distributor “United Bulgarian Bank” AD within their usual working hours with clients, as well as on its website - www.ubb.bg, and on the website of “KBC Asset Management NV - Branch“ - www.ubbam.bg. Upon request, investors can receive a paper copy of these documents free of charge in all branches of “United Bulgarian Bank” AD within their normal working hours with clients.
