In September BSE indices has split into their performance - BG 40 and Sofix reported gains - respectively 1.58 % and 0.49 %, while BG REIT and BG TR30 brought some disappointment to the investors with losses of 3.50 % and 2.72 %. From the constituent of Sofix companies best presented Bulgartabac Holding with a growth of nearly 14 %, while 10 companies ended the month at minus. At the end of the month composition of the index was changed, as at the place of ELARG REIT was included Corporate Commercial Bank. For the first nine months the picture is rather positive - leadership is occupied by BG REIT with an impressive 54.36 %, followed by BG 40 with 3.89 % and Sofix with 0.58 %, and on a red territory finished BG TR30 with a fall of 5.15 %. Leader in turnover for the past week were the shares of Sofia-BT AD with BGN 8.2 million, followed by Agro Finance REIT with BGN 756 thousand and Formoplast AD with BGN 724 thousand. For the quarter, the most traded were registered compensatory bills with which have been concluded deals for BGN 34.6 million.

On exchanges worldwide moods were rather negative except was the Hong Kong market, which reported a half percent growth. Economic growth in the U.S. in the second quarter was much weaker than previous estimates after the drought shrank the reserves, paving the way for an even weaker performance this quarter on the background of slowing industrial activity, according to a Reuters report, citing on data from the U.S. Department of Commerce. Gross domestic product expanded just 1.3 % on an equalized to annual basis, which is the slowest pace since the third quarter of 2011. The preliminary assessment last month was for an increase of 1.7 %. Production results are also adjusted in the direction of decrease, reflecting the lower level of costs for business and consumers from the initial estimates. The worst drought in half a century, covering large parts of the U.S. this summer, has led to a decrease in agricultural inventories in the second quarter by 5.3 billion dollars after the Q1 declined by $ 1 billion.

Collective investment schemes managed by UBB Asset Management go out at plus for the first nine months, as leader is UBB Patrimonium Land with 12.53 %, followed by UBB Platinum Bond with 4.01 %, UBB Balanced Fund - 2.24 % and UBB Premium Equity - 0.78 %.
