Notice of changes in the method of payment of fees for purchase and redemption of units

This massage is intended for new investors in the mutual funds managed by "KBC Asset Management NV - Branch", Bulgaria and offered by the distributor UBB AD.
As of March 1, 2024 the method of payment by the investors of the fees for purchase and redemption of the units of the mutual funds will be changed.
What does change consist of?
Considered from 01.03.2024 it is envisaged that "KBC Asset Management NV - Branch", Bulgaria will not charge fees for the purchase and redemption of the units. This means that when determining the price of the units, "KBC Asset Management NV - Branch", Bulgaria will calculate and publish on its website an issue value and a redemption price equal to the net asset value of the units of the mutual funds , without any fees being included in the prices.
On its side, the Distributor will be able to charge and collect, directly at the expense of the investors, distribution fees for the purchase and redemption of the units of the distributed funds. The fees should be determined and disclosed in the UBB Tariff, and their amount cannot exceed the maximum amount specified in the each fund rules.
Before submitting an order to purchase or redeem units of the funds, the Distributor will inform investors of the actual distribution fees, in accordance with its Tariff.
Which funds are affected?
Changes apply to all funds managed by "KBC Asset Management NV - Branch", Bulgaria and offered by the distributor UBB AD.
