Notification about the conclusion of a Distribution agreement

We inform you that Distribution agreement between UBB Asset Management and United Bulgarian Bank was signed on 05.12.2018. The agreement delegates the activities of issue and redemption of units of the mutual funds, managed by UBB Asset Management to UBB BANK. The investment management continues to be carried out by UBB Asset Management.
