A person who studies (analyses) companies, their shares, bonds, countries and companies, who issue (emit) bonds. After completing the research of a certain company, the financial analyst prepares a financial analysis, on the basis of which the portfolio manager decides whether to invest in this company and how much to invest in it. In addition to financial data such as company reports, credit ratings and market analysis, financial analysts also collect additional information such as comments from industry experts, such as how a new product or service is perceived, where its weaknesses are, and more.
