A person who carries out transactions for the purchase and sale of financial instruments. The broker must have a license from the Financial Supervision Commission, the acquisition of which is done by passing an aptitude test. In order to pass the exam, a person must have a good knowledge of capital markets and the laws that apply to the capital markets in the Republic of Bulgaria.
