Notification to investors about resumption of redemption

Dear Investors,
We inform you that after the effective date of merger on March 29, 2023 of the mutual funds, managed by “KBC Investment Management” EAD (previously known as “Raiffeisen Asset Management Bulgaria” EAD) (the "Merging Funds") into the corresponding (sub)funds, managed by " KBC Asset Management" N.V. (Belgium) through its branch in Bulgaria (the "Receiving Funds"), the Senior Management of "KBC Asset Management NV - branch", Bulgaria, decided that the submission of orders for subscription and redemption of units in the Receiving Funds has been resumed as of 30.03.2023 inclusive.
