to the clients, who have no investments,
but have concluded contracts with UBB Asset Management EAD

This communication is intended for clients who currently have no investments and do not hold units in the mutual funds, managed by "KBC ASSET MANAGEMENT NV - BRANCH", Bulgaria (universal successor of UBB Asset Management EAD), but have concluded Contracts for submission of orders with the Management Company “UBB Asset Management” EAD. We would like to inform these clients that the contracts with them are to be terminated as of June 24, 2022, after the expiration of 1 (one) - month written notice sent to each of them, by letter with return receipt, to the address specified in the contract.
For this purpose, we remind clients that under the Distribution Agreement of December 5, 2018 and in order to improve the service, the activity of subscription and redemption of units is delegated and is carried out exclusively by “United Bulgarian Bank” AD, in its capacity of distributor. As of that time, the Management Company “UBB Asset Management” EAD does not independently perform the activity of subscription and redemption of units and does not make contact with investors, including not concluding new and not executing the existing contracts for submission of orders. This means that in the future, if clients decide to invest in the funds, offered by the “United Bulgarian Bank” AD, they will have to enter into an agreement with the bank, which serves both subscription and redemption orders and provides an additional set of services, such as regular information and bulletins, advice on new subscriptions and periodic reports.
