Activity
The scope of activity:
- Management of the activity of collective investment schemes, including:
- Investment management;
- Administration, including:
- legal and fund management accounting services;
- inquiries;
- portfolio valuation and unit pricing;
- regulatory compliance monitoring;
- risk management;
- maintenance of unit-holder register;
- distribution of income;
- unit issues and redemptions;
- contract settlements;
- record keeping.
- Marketing, including assistance to the United Bulgarian Bank AD (UBB) as a distributor in the sales and marketing related to the investment process, portfolio approach and product development.
- Discretionary portfolio management.
- Any other activity permitted by applicable law. In case for the performance of certain activities express authorization by a competent authority is required, such activities will be undertaken only after receipt of the respective authorization.
